Our Youth Coordinator

My name is Mallory Macdonald and I am the Youth Coordinator at the Operation P.E.A.C.E. Youth Center and the Monday morning Senior Class instructor.

In the Youth Center, I am responsible for ensuring the safety of students in a secure and nurturing environment. I work with an amazing staff to provide consistency - through the daily schedule and the Respect Agreement - and promote creativity through stimulating lessons.

I am excited to interact with the students everyday in homework help, teaching, and play. The children surprise me all the time in how smart, creative, kind, and aware they are at such young ages.

Our Assistant Youth Coordinator

As the Assistant Youth Coordinator at Operation P.E.A.C.E., I get to spend my afternoons with the youth. During this time, I tutor kids with their homework, create and implement lessons. I especially enjoy teaching lessons on global awareness and positive self-esteem.

In December 2009, I graduated from Wheelock College with my Bachelors of Science focusing in Psychology and Human Development. I have been at Operation P.E.A.C.E. since May of 2009. Before working at Operation P.E.A.C.E. I worked as a certified Preschool Teacher with children ranging from two to six years of age. I love working with the school-aged children at the Youth Center, and I am honored to be able to learn and have fun alongside the students and staff at Operation P.E.A.C.E..
